STATUS: Deciding. You bought Travis's lifetime ($199). Full teardown done. Direction leans one way (below) but isn't finalized — nothing built yet.
1. What this is
An app you're building to sell (self-serve) and to deliver DFY reports: feed it a business, it returns a researched "Business → Strategic Plan" with live web research + citations. Inspired by Travis Stevenson's PaidCreators Idea Engine, but differentiated — not a clone.
2. Where it is
- Travis's lifetime bought ($199, Founder #98).
- Full live teardown done (Playwright + network capture) → rebuild brief + 2 real captured Gameplan outputs in outputs/paidcreators-teardown/.
- Stack mapped: React + Supabase + Deno edge functions + Stripe.
3. The plan
Don't clone the whole thing (it competes with Travis). Build a focused "Business → Strategic Plan" tool on Base44 with live research (Perplexity / Firecrawl) + citations. One build serves both self-serve sales AND DFY (login is the only switch).

- Pick the platform (Emergent recommended vs Base44) — this gates everything.
- Then I draft a short build plan and STOP for your OK.
