Session Handoff — Workspace context-engineering audit + 10-fix batch

Where it started

Sondra asked for a context-engineer audit of the whole agentic workspace: interview first, then a 6-area scorecard (always-loaded memory, stale pointers, duplicates/conflicts, skills, MCP, safety), report before touching anything, one approved fix batch after. Interview answers: pain = slow sessions, Claude not remembering, wrong skill triggers; nothing sacred; moderate aggression. She then approved: commit the token scrub, run fixes 2–10 in one go, report after each without stopping.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• Fix 1 (committed b53fb56): old leaked GitHub PAT (ghp_m1hE…WVob) redacted in 5 files (4 tracked + 1 turbopack cache); ceo-dashboard/build/build_claude_projects.py got a graceful skip for the deleted conversations.json (deploy.bat was crashing on it — pre-existing); ceodash redeployed; zero-hit verified repo-wide. Sondra confirmed the old token is deleted on GitHub; new token is fine-grained (Contents RW, selected repos, 90-day expiry guidance given)
• Fix 2: /prime diet — c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\.claude\commands\prime.md now reads context\_index.md (new router) + current-data.md + ACCESS-MAP instead of all context files; HISTORY.md on-demand. Sondra Brain\wiki\memory\open-questions.md 774→609 lines (resolved items moved to new Sondra Brain\wiki\memory\resolved-archive-2026H1.md); dashboard PeptidePal row 6.9k→419 chars, full history in new Sondra Brain\wiki\projects\peptidepal.md
• Fix 3: My-Command-Center ghost removed from Sondra Brain\wiki\dashboard.md (lines 161–162 rewritten, RETIRED note + ceodash domain), MEMORY.md hooks (Stella path, handoff rule), and 2 memory files
• Fix 4: contradictions fixed — AI Marketing Team = removed everywhere; member counts in project CLAUDE.md now point at the live source; Sondra Brain\CLAUDE.md LLC assignments corrected (Bliss AI = Essential Chats only; Essential Oil Health = doTERRA)
• Fix 5+6: Master-.env + Challenge·Verify·Handoff deduped to canonical global copies (project CLAUDE.md 167→158 lines); dead "never push to main" rule rewritten in global C:\Users\srver\.claude\CLAUDE.md
• Fix 7: skill-creator-v3 uninstalled from ~\.claude\skills\ (recoverable from claude-skills repo, d0fb817); duplicate testimonial-miner + article removed from workspace .claude\skills\ (git rm) and .agents\skills\
• Fix 8: MCP servers removed via claude mcp remove -s user: ghl-mcp, vercel (plugin duplicate), sequential-thinking. Second leaked token found in .mcp.json (ghp_XLvg…TIve, github server entry) — gitignored/never committed/nowhere else; github entry deleted, screenpipe kept (disabled). settings.local.json disable list pruned
• Fix 9: new hook scripts\hooks\skill_drop_reminder.py registered in .claude\settings.json (UserPromptSubmit, once/session when drop folder non-empty) — self-tested green; watch .env locked via NTFS ACLs (icacls)
• Fix 10: orphan memory feedback_video_transcript_no_paid_keys indexed in MEMORY.md; skill-drop-hook open question closed→archive; wiki _log.md entry written. MEMORY.md hooks deliberately NOT compressed (recall > tokens)

• Deferred: 2 stale deny rules in C:\Users\srver\.claude\settings.json (mcp__github__, mcp__ghl-mcp__) — file is deny-protected; Sondra removes manually or leaves as harmless
• Open: commit the fix-2-through-10 changes? (offered as one chore(context) commit — unanswered)
• Open: Sondra to glance at GitHub tokens page — confirm no classic (ghp_) tokens remain after finding the second one
• Pending drop: _INBOX-DROP-FILES-HERE\new skills to add\newsletter-forge.skill — untouched this session (audit work only)
