Calls I made that you should know about (all reversible):

• Killed the eyebrow-pill chips that were on every section — the #1 AI tell. A few deliberate small-caps magazine labels remain, sparingly.
• The blog index/article shell still had Luke's starter copy ("A publishing layer ready for your voice," "Customize the starter") — that's his voice, not yours, so I replaced it with minimal functional words ("The Journal") and your existing Decoder copy. Your words everywhere else are byte-for-byte untouched.
• Articles with dead AI-generated hero images (your test article had an expired one) now fall back to your portraits instead of showing a broken icon.

Not touched, on purpose: backend, APIs, SEO/schema, the popup logic, the Stream iframe, the /decoder opt-in (all verified working — popup tested live), the prior session's uncommitted files, and I did not submit the forms (they write to your real database). The orphaned /services page is still Luke's starter — it's linked from nowhere, your call what to do with it. Also noted: article body text has doubled apostrophes ("isn''t") — that's stored content from the pipeline, not the design.
