Session Handoff — Amplif-AI community rebuild: flip copy shipped, Vault Showcase built (needs enrichment)

Where it started

Continuation of the Amplif-AI Skool streamline project. Sondra confirmed the three open decisions (grandfather = YES, flip date = July 16, Vault Showcase platform = her own stack) and asked to move forward on everything with the end goal in mind. Work this session: finalize all remaining paste-ready copy, schedule the flip announcement, and build + deploy the STARS Vault Showcase page. Late in the session she flagged the showcase "feels empty" and asked what content belongs inside it — that enrichment is the open next step.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• Grandfather = YES — all 37 current paid members get founding Vault access; new rules apply only to post-July-16 joiners. Baked into the flip announcement copy.
• Flip date = July 16. Announcement posts Wed July 15, 3pm ET (right after the Artifacts training, 1pm ET). Price flips $33→$47 / $197→$297 on the 16th; founders locked.
• Vault Showcase platform = her own stack (Cloudflare Pages, like Skill Studio — $0/mo). NOT Base44.
• All remaining copy FINAL in c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\Amplif-AI Community Audit\paste-ready-copy-2026-07-07.md: About-page 2 edits (first-action line + 700+ counts), welcome auto-DM (router), new ⭐ Join STARS card description, and the flip announcement post (grandfather gift framing, July 16 in).
• Flip announcement scheduled — entry stars-flip-announcement-2026-07-15 added to c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\posts\schedule.json (status: scheduled, Sondra posts manually after the training).
• Vault Showcase BUILT + DEPLOYED LIVE → https://stars-vault-showcase.pages.dev (Cloudflare Pages project stars-vault-showcase). Data-driven from vault-catalog.json (20 real trainings pulled from the classroom export, 4 pillars, navy/gold/cream, Playfair+Manrope). Verified live (200, 20 cards, filters work, 0 console errors).
• Fixed the "nothing works" issue — cards were <div> with dead "Included with Annual" labels (no click target). Changed every card to a clickable <a> → Skool plans page, added "Unlock it →" / "Get it with Annual →" buttons on all cards, redeployed. Confirmed live.
• Clarified with Sondra: the showcase is a SALES WINDOW (advertises the trainings, links to Join). The actual training content lives inside Skool, in the Vault course card she builds by hand in Phase 3 of the rebuild checklist. The page never hosts video.
• à-la-carte workshop price = $97 recommended, NOT confirmed. The two paid-workshop cards currently route to Join-Annual (no live Stripe links minted yet).

Deferred + open questions

• Open (blocks showcase enrichment): card images — Sondra must decide: generate branded navy/gold covers (Gemini) vs. hand over real training screenshots. This is the one input needed to start the rich rebuild.
• Open: à-la-carte price — $97 recommended for the two paid workshops; not confirmed. Until confirmed, no live Stripe links.
• Open: testimonials to feature — real ones exist in her community (Heather "3x'ed views," Jackie Ruka "43K views + Summit invite," Angela, Latrice). Pull into a proof strip; she vetoes any she doesn't want by name.
• Open: separate detail pages for the 2 paid workshops? — recommended only for the $97 workshops (more room to sell), not the free-with-Annual trainings. She hasn't answered.
• Deferred: showcase enrichment build — richer cards (covers + 1-2 outcome bullets + duration), testimonial strip, host/credibility block, value-stack math, FAQ. Claude can do all except the image-source call above. Sondra said "build the rich version" is the direction but the image decision gates the start.
• Deferred: /app-safety-check on the showcase — small (static, no forms/accounts) but run before the page is linked from the About page / flip post.
• Deferred: the Skool rebuild itself — Sondra works rebuild-checklist.html Phases 0–5 by hand inside Skool; the real Vault course card (Phase 3) is what actually holds member content.
