Session Handoff — Template Studio storefront: PRD + Phase 1 built and live on preview

Where it started

Sondra asked to pull her Base44 site "FINAL Amplif-AI Template Studio" (app 6a0a6b799b9ab6004c4673e4) down and rebuild it as her own website to finally sell her apps — the dashboard's #1 "Storefront / money on the table" priority. Mid-session she reframed against https://pushten.com/ (where the idea came from): it's a purchasing page, NOT a lead magnet; each product opens its own page with details/live preview/optional video. She approved with "go" and Phase 1 shipped same-session.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• Prices LOCKED at her numbers ($97–$497) — deliberately below Brian's $297–$1,997; never revisit
• NO email capture anywhere — purchasing page by design
• Image-first demos — launch blocks on nothing; live demos added per-template as she de-brands her Lovable copies (they still contain Brian's info)
• Own apps DEFERRED — v1 catalog = the 18 PushTen templates only; LeadScout + Bookify flagged pushten-derived (ineligible for a future her-only Vault bundle)
• Provenance: every product carries origin: "pushten" | "original" in the data file — this IS the tracking list she asked for
• SHIPPED Phase 1: site live at https://amplifai-template-studio.pages.dev (Cloudflare Pages project amplifai-template-studio, prod branch main) — homepage port + 18 per-product pages (/templates/<slug>) + screenshot pipeline. Verified: 18 unique product links, direct-URL routes work, mobile clean, 0 console errors/warnings, 0 base44 refs in bundle
• Bug found+fixed live: fresh load of /#templates didn't scroll (SPA anchor timing) — useEffect hash-scroll added to Home.jsx, redeployed, re-verified
• Base44 eject's throwaway "Copy" app (6a4a473e86d8865805984450) deleted from her account
• Dashboard row updated: Sondra Brain/wiki/dashboard.md Active table, "Storefront → Amplif-AI Template Studio"
