Session Handoff — Skool/CLI SOP shipped + Chase transcript IP-block

Where it started

Resumed from the "Skool Classroom Extractor" handoff. Two goals emerged: (1) finish pulling the remaining ~134 Chase AI course transcripts (free), and (2) write an SOP for everything we did with Skool (build a CLI, post to communities, extract classrooms) into the existing CEO-Dashboard SOP system, including the classroom-extractor skill. Standing rules in play: no duplicates in Drive, free-before-paid on transcripts, no auto-delete, navy/gold/cream, handoffs to project folders (never My-Command-Center/).

Decisions locked + what shipped

• New SOP shipped — "Turn a Web App into Your Own CLI - Connect to Skool, Post to Communities & Extract Classrooms." Source c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\SOPs\sop-skool-cli-post-and-extract-classrooms.md; built to HTML + 208 KB PDF via the existing SOPs\build_sops.py.
• Live on CEO Dashboard — deployed to Cloudflare; visible at ceodash.sondraverva.com/sops/ (ceo-dashboard\site\sops\).
• PDF in Google Drive — 000 AAA- AIOS Claude Code -> SOP folder (file id 10MCD0blVuHkPIBKMB0hDGAJvGLLJWT0R). Folder confirmed at exactly 2 files (1 per SOP), no dupes.
• No-duplicates policy locked — PDF->Drive stays a manual trigger, never every-deploy; re-uploads use gws drive files update <id> --upload (replace-in-place, same link). Did NOT wire it into deploy.
• Corrected a miscount — all 159 Chase video links were already clickable on ceo-dashboard\site\chase-ai-library.html; nothing to build.
• Transcript root cause diagnosed — not a stale tool and not a short cooldown: YouTube has IP-blocked this connection for transcript requests. Confirmed after updating yt-dlp (pip pkg -> 2026.06.09) + installing curl_cffi impersonation + testing youtube_transcript_api (returns IpBlocked). 0 new transcripts pulled.
• Supadata pricing pulled — Free 100/$0, Basic 300/$5(annual), Pro 3,000/$17, Mega 30,000/$47. 1 transcript = 1 credit. ~134 needed; 79 free credits left isn't enough -> Basic $5 covers it. NOT purchased/run - awaiting explicit yes.
• Git — the SOP work was committed + pushed by a parallel tab (21bbe16); origin/main in sync. Session log written to outputs\session-logs\2026-06-29-1622.md (gitignored) and posted to Notion. The other ~190 uncommitted files are unrelated other-tab work - deliberately left alone.

• Scheduled reminders: one-shot CronCreate jobs were session-only and are now moot (IP-blocked, not a timing issue) - do not rely on them.
• Environment change this session: curl_cffi + updated yt-dlp pip package installed (harmless, free; the PATH yt-dlp winget binary is unchanged).

Verification — how to confirm things still work

Deferred + open questions

• Open (needs Sondra): transcripts - wait for the free IP block to lift (days, uncertain) vs. Supadata Basic $5 (pulls all 134 now via their IPs). No Supadata run without explicit yes.
• Open: confirm Sarah installed the skool-classroom-extractor skill + logged in (shares\skool-classroom-extractor\).
• Deferred: the ~190-file multi-tab git backlog - Sondra wants a deliberate, one-domain-at-a-time pass, not a blanket commit.
• Open: SOP master list - Sondra keeps it; this was the Skool one. More SOPs to build on her list (CLI-from-web-app, posting/commenting, transcripts, packaging-as-skill).
