Session Handoff — Skool community rebrand kickoff (positioning, landscape, current-copy capture)

Where it started

Sondra wants to rebrand her entire Amplif-AI Skool community, using Claude, riding the AI/Claude search trend. Brainstorm + research + plan — NOTHING changes in the live community yet (Evelyn's Glow Up Challenge is running; don't touch until positioning locks). She data-dumped direction, gave a Skool discovery link + an Evelyn course link + 3 past About-page conversation links, and asked for a categorized competitor landscape, a readable HTML plan, and to not lose any prior work.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• July 16 price flip ($47/$297) = CANCELLED. Rebrand replaces it, now. Reconciled in Sondra Brain/wiki/dashboard.md (top note), Sondra Brain/wiki/memory/decisions-july-2026.md (new top entry), and the brief.
• Positioning = Claude + Skills = "build your AI Team" — employees infused with YOUR voice/skills (the "Matrix download" metaphor). Explicitly NOT automations / NOT Claude Code.
• Money = drop "Stars" → single ~$7 paid "Premium" community. Offer SHAPE (A full pivot / B free-feeder+$7 / C fresh) still open → route to /roast before executing.
• Drop "Business Operating System" language. The phrase that converted = "AI Content Team / AI Business Team" (named employees Cal/Chaz/Paige/Penny/Mr Beasty/Stella).
• Brand image is LOCKED: black panel + hot pink + white brush type + B&W leather-jacket photo. Photo on ONE side, bold standout TEXT on the OTHER side (NOT a second soft photo — the "other side" = the text panel). Max 2 text elements. (Navy/ocean was already rejected as off-brand. Navy/gold is only the HTML-doc theme, separate thing.)
• Landscape mapped (claude-landscape.md): almost all winning "Claude" communities are Claude CODE/technical; her non-technical content/visibility/attract-clients lane is barely served = her opening. Winning name pattern = "Claude for ___". $7 is proven on-market (Market with Claude, $7, her exact audience — the one to beat).
• Built a readable HTML plan (her navy/gold/cream doc theme) and opened it in Edge each update.
• Pulled Evelyn's "Skool Positioning Challenge & About Page Glow Up" course (22 videos) + transcribed the 13 YouTube ones FREE. Captured her CURRENT live About page + group description verbatim + the NOMAD framework.
