Session Handoff — Skool Posting Engine (build + classroom exporter v1)

Where it started

Sondra asked to plan + build a system to post/cross-post across her Skool communities from the CLI (her bottleneck), with correct link formatting, scheduling, and a documented workflow. Scope expanded in-session into comments, replies, likes, and a classroom exporter. She is non-technical; everything outward-facing must be confirmed and never auto-deleted.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• Scheduling = Claude Code queue + Windows task (not Skooly). Communities = auto-detect all + tag a core list. Dashboard = CLI first, fold into CEO Dashboard later. (Plan: c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\plans\2026-06-29-skool-posting-engine.md)
• Phase 1 registry — DONE/verified. 80 communities detected. Core 5: amplif-ai-your-business, thedirectory (General discussion), classifieds (Communities), leadershipskool (Promote Your Community), communityhub/Digital Boss (Share Your Community). Also postable: online-profit-mastery-academy (Michelle's permission, Announcements/Discussion) + 2 owned (aa-ai-anonymous, secret-vibe-coding-society). • Phase 2 posting — DONE/verified live. Posts with image + Questions category + blue markdown link (verified in amplif); cross-post to OPM verified. Markdown [text](url)->blue link; YouTube auto-gets ?views/&views; 1-5min randomized stagger; preview+confirm; can_post safety gate; post log (c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\data\skool_post_log.json).
• Comments/replies/likes — DONE/verified. Comment + reply (threaded). @mention format = [@Name](obj://user/USER_ID) renders blue. Like = PUT /posts/{id}/vote body {"new":"up","old":""} (fixed in skool_comment.py). YouTube video embeds in comments via raw URL.
• GIFs — BLOCKED. Skool's GIF button is a Giphy UI picker; not in the API. Giphy public key dead, none in .env. Plan: with a free Giphy/Tenor key, fetch GIF -> upload as attachment (image-upload flow already works).
• Classroom exporter v1 — DONE/verified. Exports course>module>lesson tree + resource links. v2 (lesson body + non-YouTube video download list) deferred — spec written.

Deferred + open questions

• Deferred: Classroom exporter v2 — per-lesson body text + non-YouTube video download list (per BUILD-SPEC; needs click-through per lesson; broaden video detection to include Zoom/Vimeo/Loom/Skool-native).
• Deferred: GIFs — need a free Giphy/Tenor API key from Sondra, then save to .env as GIPHY_API_KEY.
• Deferred: Voice study — read Sondra's real Skool comments to build a reply-voice profile (her replies must be SHORT, never promise services/live help).
• Deferred: Phase 3 scheduler (queue + Windows task) and comment automation for weekend/promo threads (Pinterest 1/hr+reply-to-3, Summit Stage, BYOB, Digital Boss).
• Open: delete the live test posts? (her call only). Retire the 2 tiny owned communities from core? Stagger not yet exercised in a real multi-community cross-post.
