• Money path (verified end-to-end): every Buy button → live buy.stripe.com checkout → after payment, Stripe redirects to that skill's unguessable access page → download the real .skill file + install guide. Stripe API confirmed each link active w/ correct redirect; access pages + downloads verified 200 on the final domain; downloaded zip validated.
• Delivery: app-data/build_access_pages.py generates 76 static access pages (72 skills + 4 bundles) at /access/<token>/ (noindex, crypto-random tokens in app-data/access-tokens.json — KEEP this file, losing it breaks every sold link; repo is private, scrub if ever public).
• Stripe: app-data/create_stripe_links.py (idempotent) created 76 products/prices/links with metadata[store]=skill-studio; links in app-data/stripe-links.json → app/src/data/stripeLinks.js, merged in catalog.js.
• Email capture LIVE: /api/subscribe Pages Function upserts to GHL (tag skill-studio-lead), secrets via wrangler (never client-side), honeypot anti-bot. Test contact srverva+skillstudio-test@gmail.com created — deletable in GHL.
• Legal: /privacy /terms /refunds live (7-day didn't-install guarantee, matches PRD default).
• Safety check: app-reviewer ran pre-domain — verdict YELLOW, all items resolved: the 2 "critical" were the Stripe wiring itself (done), warnings fixed same session (ErrorBoundary added, honeypot added). Tokens file kept in git deliberately (durability of sold URLs > theoretical private-repo exposure).
• NOT done on purpose: no real test purchase (would charge a real card). Recommended: Sondra buys the cheapest $17 skill herself once, then refunds it in Stripe — proves the full path with real money.
• Announcement: DRAFT in her voice at announcement-draft-skool.md — she edits + posts herself. When scheduled → add to posts/schedule.json.

Built per PROJECTS/Skill Studio/PRD.md (approved same day) + FABLE-BUILD-PROMPT.md. Covers Phases 1–2: catalog, per-skill pages, bundles, education on-ramp, buyer copy. NO Stripe, NO domain, NO real file delivery yet (Phase 3, needs Sondra's approvals).

• Per-skill pages (/skills/<slug>): sticky buy bar, the 4 buyer-copy blocks (what it is / who for / how you'd use / what you get), purchase card, related skills.

• Learn page (/learn): the free education on-ramp from her STARS workshops — 3-Conversation Rule, Skills Stack, install steps (browser + Claude Code), email capture (placeholder, wire to GHL in Phase 3).
• Book-named skills renamed to outcome titles (flagged renamed:true in data): Habit Systems Builder, Timeless Money Rules for Business Owners, Wealth Mindset Playbook (Rich Dad), Quiet Wealth Habits System (Millionaire Next Door), Simple Marketing System Pack (MMS), Five-Star Client Experience System (Raving Fans), StoryBrand ones → Clear Message titles.

• npm run build clean; zero console errors.
• Search ("email" → 5 hits), category filter (Business Ops → 16), bundle math ($147 vs $189, save $42), email form, mobile 390px no overflow — all exercised in a real browser (Playwright).
• Rights gate: hidden skill URL /skills/fable-prompt-builder → NotFound page.
• Live deep links return 200 (SPA _redirects works).
• Scroll reveals fire at human scroll speed; can't stick hidden (whileInView re-triggers on entering view).

• Email capture is a placeholder (shows success, stores nothing) — wire to GHL before launch.
