Where it started

Sondra voice-dumped an idea: her own site (off Base44) to sell her packaged Claude skills, with education so buyers understand what skills are. Session ran the full arc: PRD written → /roast (RESHAPE verdict) → she overrode with direct-demand evidence ("people are already asking to buy them") → approved → built → launched with real money on, all on 2026-07-05. Session ended with her spec'ing the next feature (Skill Finder widget) and requesting this handoff before that work starts.

(1) Instant search recommending the best skill from her CURRENT library — the catalog feed must auto-update whenever a new skill is added (wire into the build_skills_js.py pipeline so one rebuild feeds site + widget). (2) Custom-skill path: collect email + description of what they need → into GHL → notify Sondra so she personally follows up and quotes. (3) NO fixed $197 price — she quotes per request, "some skills might not be very expensive, I need to get realistic." (4) AI chat layer (Claude, capped) on top of search per the hybrid recommendation she accepted. (5) She wants a cost estimate for running it — explicitly said NO research needed yet, just a good idea of cost when the work starts
