What this thread is

Sondra has a sellable skill library: 51 skills already rebranded with her Amplif-AI license, sitting in outputs/packaged-skills/. Mostly Jonathan Mast / White Beard skills she has resale rights to, plus her own (ICA Mind Reader, Mastermind, Chief of Staff, etc.). This is "a big deal" and ties to the Storefront priority (money on the table).

The moving parts (where everything lives)

• outputs/packaged-skills/ — the 51 finished .skill files (the product). _(Note: outputs/ is gitignored — Backblaze backs it up.)_
• outputs/packaged-skills/MASTER-LIST.html — the auto-generated "Download Center" index she hands to a buyer/member. Open in Edge.
• scripts/build_skills_download_page.py — rebuilds MASTER-LIST.html when skills change.
• reference/skill-license-template.md — her Amplif-AI Skill License (swapped into each skill).
• skill-rebrand skill — strips others' branding, swaps in her license, re-zips, verifies zero traces remain.
• outputs/packaged-skills/_creator_inventory.json — rights map: tags each skill YOURS / Anthropic / (no clear owner) so she doesn't sell something she can't.
• Related skills/memory: skill-to-business, feedback_skill_rebrand_inbox_workflow.

Where it's loose (the organization gap)

There is no single tracker showing, per skill: do I have rights? · rebranded + verified clean? · sell or give away? · price? That's the missing piece.

Open decision (waiting on Sondra)

• Goal for the 51: sell, give away as lead magnets, or a mix? (Gates everything.)
• Where will buyers get them (storefront platform)?

2. Build a single Skill-Library tracker page (HTML, opens in Edge, like the prompt sheet): every skill in one table — rights status (from _creator_inventory.json), rebrand/verified status, sell-or-give, price.
3. Flag rights-clear (safe to sell) vs needs-rights-check from the inventory file.
4. Tie the "sell" set into the Storefront build.
