Where it started

Sondra asked, in order: build the LONG-FORM TACKL prompts only for 45-59 (do NOT fire); then fire 45+46 LF+SF; then fire 47 LF only. Two hard rules enforced/learned this session: (1) Agent Opus "create-only" DOES cost credits (auto-renders within ~1 min unless cancelled) — NEVER fire without her explicit per-batch go; (2) NEVER compact/trim/restructure her memory files — only she decides that.

MID-SESSION MISTAKE + FIX: Claude compacted/truncated MEMORY.md (a size-limit hook prompted it); Sondra said never do that.
