Session Handoff — PLR Digital Products: license recon + project setup

Where it started

Sondra has a paid subscription to Secret Weapon PLR (~1,000 Canva-template digital products) and wants to resell them. She asked me to log in via Playwright, understand the model, and build a plan/project. Session moved from recon to license/buyer-rights untangling to creating the project folder + adding it to her CEO dashboard.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• Login captured + saved — SECRETWEAPONPLR_EMAIL / SECRETWEAPONPLR_PASSWORD appended to master c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\.env.
• License established (load-bearing): it's Resell Rights, NOT Master — buyers cannot resell. Must keep an active monthly subscription to keep selling, unless bought out. Limits: 3 freebies, 5 templates/custom bundle, 40 templates max in a membership, fair-use (no under-market dumping).
• Buyout pricing: $27/product, $97/bundle, $497 all-products (post-buyout = no new drops, no design updates).
• Canva confirmed connected to Claude via MCP (brand kit "Blue Mind" present). Rebrand flow = human clicks "Use template" (Canva blocks Claude importing template links) then Claude applies brand kit/edits/exports.
• Strategy framing: her edge is her audience, not the products. Two candidate models — (A) sell finished lead magnets to her community for their own use; (B) teach the play + affiliate-refer to their own membership. Sell via GHL/Shopify; Etsy = side channel only. Sequence: prove 1-template rebrand, sell 3-5 via GHL link, build store, $497 buyout.
• Project folder created at c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\PLR Digital Products\ (project-brief.html + LICENSE-AND-FACTS.md).
