Where it started

Sondra couldn't remember PeptidePal's state (on GitHub? taken down? rebuilt?). Clarified: one app, live on Emergent, private GitHub backup, no separate rebuild. She then decided she doesn't want anything living on Emergent (too expensive) — wants the app premium and on her own real estate — and asked for the full pipeline: PRD informed by research, decision questions, then a Fable build prompt.
