Session Handoff — Pain-2-Profit Engine funnel: founder-first pricing, universal build tools, full animation pass

Where it started

Continuation of the 2026-07-04 handoff (Stars+GHL live, Audit Mode, funnel copy/design done). Sondra reviewed the funnel page at localhost:4901 across five feedback rounds this session: pricing restructure, readability (bullets not paragraphs, no emojis), de-Travis the copy/numbers, universal build-tool support, and a premium animation pass. All work in c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\Idea-Engine-TravisCopy\app\ (own git repo, main, no remote; HEAD ac4a84d). Decisions locked + what shipped

• Founder-first pricing structure: Founder section leads (nav "Pricing" → #founder); Studio $99/400 pack REMOVED everywhere (Landing, in-app Pricing.jsx, create-checkout — redeployed); founder card shows ~~400~~ 500 founder credits; $19/50 + $49/150 packs sit below with one line "Everything in Founders — just fewer Pain-2-Profit runs."
• Full run officially named "Pain-2-Profit run" (research = Pain Hunt, deliverable = Profit Plan; run name was never set before — standardized across Landing + pack notes).
• Marquee niche chips actually work now: chip → /login?idea=<niche> → after sign-in/up lands on /new with the idea prefilled (Login.jsx reads the param, NewIdea reads loc.state.idea). Verified end-to-end with test account.
• Login card escapable: X button + backdrop click → back to /; card clicks stay. "New here? Sign up" → "Sign Up Free".
• De-Travis'd copy + numbers (she demanded zero exact matches): new Why Now words/numbers ($25k+/most of a year → one weekend/pocket change), component values now $240/$1,250+/$450/$247, total $2,100+, "agency quote: $3k+"; "Component N" labels → "Included"/"Founders-only bonus"; verified zero Travis phrases remain via DOM sweep.
• Headlines rewritten: VS section = "Stop Asking AI for Opinions. / Start Getting Evidence."; founder = "The Founder Seat. / The Best Price This Will Ever Be." (killed "One Payment. Everything." — she flagged it as lifetime-deal cliché); marquee accent = deep gold on its own second line.
• Universal build-tool support: NewIdea dropdown = 10 presets (added Bolt, Replit, v0, Windsurf, Emergent, Gemini) + "Other (type it below)" free-text; generate-gameplan has tuned TOOL_NOTES for each + toolNote() fallback that writes the prompt in ANY typed tool's conventions (redeployed). Hero chips end with gold "+ any tool you use"; FAQ #1 rewritten tool-agnostic.
• Readability standard applied: no paragraphs — gold glowing .lb-dots bullets site-wide (pulsing on the hands list), no emojis ever; thin blue frames (rgba(91,123,180,.35)) on all .lb-card.
• Animation pass (21st.dev standard): hero is two-column with new EngineDemo SVG right (idea chip → flowing gold dashes → spinning gear Engine → 3 deliverables pop out); PlanDemo (self-writing Profit Plan) right of the deliverables cards; AuditScan (radar sweep + pulsing gap dot) right of the audit bullets; shimmering "Claim Your Founder Seat" kicker; pulsing gold CTA + pulsing 30-day badge; bold gold border-beam comet orbiting each component card, staggered down the stack. All reduced-motion safe. Layout standard: title top, bullets LEFT, animation RIGHT.
