Session Handoff — LeadScout Studio: built the contractor-site generator (Segment 1 of the own-platform rebuild)

Where it started

Session began with /prime + a pasted LeadScout (Base44) handoff, then ran /session-log-commit-gitpush (logged + committed + pushed dc5160c). It then turned into a long strategy conversation: Sondra wants to rebuild her Base44 LeadScout on her OWN platform (not Base44), in segments. Landed on building LeadScout Studio — a local app that generates premium contractor demo websites — as Segment 1. Heavy emotional load mid-session (overwhelm/confusion); she responds to seeing working things, not option menus. She does NOT want AI-tell "vibe-coded" sites, and does NOT want every electrician to get the same-looking site.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• LeadScout's final home = Sondra's OWN platform, not Base44. Build in segments. • LeadScout Studio v1 built — local Python (stdlib only) app. Lives at c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\LeadScout Studio\app\. Generates a single-page electrician site from business info; My Sites list, New Site form, live Editor (desktop/mobile toggle, 6 palettes, 3 photo sets, logo upload, headline picker), Export (Download HTML + Copy Link), GHL webhook placeholder in the generated form.
• Scope = electrician only, v1. More trades, LeadScout auto-import, Gemini images = deferred. In PRD.html.
• No-AI-tells guardrails enforced per canonical doc c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\context\design-rules-no-ai-tells.md (this file WINS over PRD). Removed eyebrows, colored accent words in headings, and fake generic-icon logos (now clean text wordmark unless a real logo is uploaded). 10/10 audit passed.
• Variety added (research-backed): 6 palettes (4 light-page "winner" styles first), auto-rotation of palette+photoset+headline per new site so nearby prospects never match. Sticky mobile Call bar added (60%+ of electrician traffic is mobile). Research saved to PROJECTS\LeadScout Studio\research-contractor-websites-full.md.
• Flyer master prompt stored at c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\PushTen Templates\prompts\creative-director-flyer-master-prompt.md.

• Background process: shell bwqagnnaa = python server.py for LeadScout Studio. STILL RUNNING. Kill with TaskStop task_id bwqagnnaa. (Earlier shells b1jqogsa2 and bbot9d2x6 already stopped/superseded.)
• Dev server: http://localhost:4760 (LeadScout Studio). Restart via PROJECTS\LeadScout Studio\app\Start LeadScout Studio.bat or python server.py in that dir.
• Data: PROJECTS\LeadScout Studio\app\data\sites.json holds one saved site — CP Electric LLC, id 04ae1e17 (real Palm Beach lead, 4.9 stars / 32 reviews).
• Open worktrees / branches: none (on main).
• UNCOMMITTED: all LeadScout Studio files, the research md, and the flyer prompt are new since commit dc5160c and NOT yet committed to git.

Verification — how to confirm things still work

Deferred + open questions

• Open (unanswered — Sondra invoked handoff instead of answering): recommended two next actions — (1) commit/save the new work, and (2) fix the "how do I actually send a demo" gap (Copy Link is localhost-only; won't open on a contractor's phone -> offered one-click here.now hosting). She has not said yes/no.
• Deferred: swap placeholder testimonials for the contractor's real Google reviews before any demo is sent (currently 3 sample quotes; the 4.9/32 numbers ARE real).
• Deferred: Segment 2 — bridge (pull Base44 LeadScout leads into Studio; app id 6a46ad7a89bffa371e7637da) — build only after one real demo proves the loop.
• Deferred: more trades (plumber/HVAC), Gemini "match their business" images.
• The money test: send ONE real demo to ONE real Palm Beach electrician — nothing has been sent yet.
• Unrelated pending: newsletter-forge.skill still sits unprocessed in _INBOX-DROP-FILES-HERE\new skills to add\ (flagged at prime, never handled).
