Where it started

Session opened with /prime (compile ran: appended the June 16 Screenpipe summary). Sondra then pasted a prior handoff about the PaidCreators "Idea Engine" teardown and opened a new empty project folder c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\Idea-Engine-TravisCopy. Her core questions: is the app ready to build, do I have every piece, is it single- vs multi-user, and could one build serve both "sell the app" and "sell the report" models. She then asked to run PeptidePal live through Travis's Idea Engine to see what the research returns.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• Teardown is structurally complete to rebuild. Verified by re-reading the master brief. Only missing piece = the server-side prompts, which get re-engineered from the captured output fixtures. • Product direction confirmed (carried from prior session): Option A — a focused "Business -> Strategic Plan" tool (NOT the full Idea Engine clone), WITH live research + citations (Perplexity/Firecrawl). Not single-user; her version drops the "brain" entirely; one build serves self-serve AND DFY (login = the only switch).
• Platform recommendation shifted to lean Emergent (free educator credits, research-agent fit, sell/self-host alignment), Base44 as fallback. NOT finalized by Sondra — this is the open decision.
• Ran PeptidePal live through the Idea Engine. Research pass returned 6 scored ideas + real competitor sources; launched 1 Gameplan on the closest idea ("GLP-1 Weight Loss Progress Tracker," engine-named "Project Horizon"). Captured both. Cost 85 credits (1,975 -> 1,890).
• Key insight delivered: the engine fragments an existing product into 6 net-new ideas, treats it as brand-new, and ignores PeptidePal's all-peptide scope + no-medical-advice compliance line — which is exactly the gap her own tool fills.
• Confirmed the "Build Prompt" is already embedded in the Strategic Plan (sections 5-8: pages, components, design system, data model). The separate "Build Prompt" tab is a redundant 30-credit re-render — do not buy it. The on-screen Strategic Plan render truncates at the last table (journal_entries); the free Download PDF gives the complete untruncated version.
