WHERE WE JUST WERE β Sondra's exact words (capture, standing rule)
She is reacting to the cover-copy options and feeding the NEXT layer of raw material. Verbatim intent:
> "I don't have that much room at all. We have to get Claude on there... I need to get you the information for building a cover page, a cover photo β that's a whole different thing. I guess 'I have a team without a payroll,' that's great. 'Hiring specialists you barely pay.' I like to say for twenty dollars you have an entire company β you don't have to interview them, they don't take breaks, they don't talk back, they're always happy to do whatever you tell them to do. Sometimes you might have to rein them in a little, go through a little retraining β I think it's kind of funny to talk about that. We're going to do a session handoff next but capture what I'm saying."
The NEW raw material she just gave (use this β it's her voice)
- The personality/humor angle (NEW, use it in copy): these AI employees "don't have to interview, don't take breaks, don't talk back, are always happy to do whatever you tell them, and sometimes you rein them in / retrain them a little." - Cover space is TIGHT β headline + one proof line max, and the word "Claude" has to be on it (Skool discovery keyword). Keep it to ~2 text elements per her brand rule.
The big correction that reframed everything (locked this session)
- It is NOT a content team. It is a whole AI COMPANY. Org chart: Boardroom (board of directors / mastermind) + Chief of Staff (Stella) + Departments (Content = Cal/Chaz/Paige/Penny/Mr Beasty is just ONE; plus Sales, Ops, Newsletter Ninja, video, builder). All specialists trained on her, "worked for her 20 years," know her brand/voice/how she thinks.
- She already owns 2 of the 3 layers β her 6-voice Virtual Mastermind (
PROJECTS/AmplifAI Mastermind/mastermind-context.md) = the boardroom; Stella = the chief of staff. Rebrand = naming/packaging what she already runs, not building from zero.
- Matrix metaphor fixed: it's Trinity getting "I know how to fly a helicopter" downloaded and lifting off seconds later (NOT Neo/kung-fu). A skill = a downloaded specialist.
- The messaging rule she taught: the ICA (Melissa) never hears the machine's words ("advisory board," "Avatar Advisors" = dead on arrival). Lead with the PAIN and the RELIEF she feels. Mechanism words are for INSIDE the community, after she joins.
