Session Handoff — Git backlog commit + Launch Marketing Command Center scoping

Where it started

Session began with /prime, then Sondra shared a competitor's launch-marketing dashboard (pouncelaunch.netlify.app) and asked what it does + whether to build her own. It evolved into scoping a new project, then a large git-hygiene effort: committing months of uncommitted workspace backlog to GitHub safely.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• New project scoped (PARKED): c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\Launch Marketing Command Center\README.md — per-launch marketing-asset dashboard; his-vs-her tab side-by-side, her workflows, open decisions. Not built yet.
• Married the plan in: plans\2026-06-29-content-marketing-engine.md moved to PROJECTS\Launch Marketing Command Center\plans\ (strategy half under the tool half).
• CEO Dashboard surface (deployed live): ceo-dashboard\site\launch-marketing-command-center.html + top-of-list item and "Things I made" link in ceo-dashboard\build\home-base.template.html + Active-Focus card in ceo-dashboard\site\my-projects.html. Deployed to Cloudflare Pages amplifai-command-center.
• Full backlog committed + pushed in 7 themed commits (02b9f70..f3823d9 on digitalbeachgirl/aios-workspace main): PROJECTS (2,561 files), scripts+reference, ceo-dashboard (609 files), plans/context/handoffs/CLAUDE.md, posts/data/shares, Sondra Brain.
• .gitignore hardened (c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\.gitignore): session/cookie files, data/command/, DBs, root scratch/zips/screenshots, external tool downloads, 130MB raw dump, and 6 nested project repos.
• Untracked scripts\data\base44_session.json (Playwright cookies) — never committed again.
• 130MB push blocker resolved: purged PROJECTS\Brain Migration\_raw-export\conversations.json from unpushed commits via git filter-branch.
• Decided NOT to scrub base44_session.json from full history — Sondra re-logged into Base44 (cookies now dead), repo is private, full-history rewrite timed out twice + needs risky force-push over main. Going-forward protection (gitignore+untrack) is sufficient.

Deferred + open questions

• Open (asked twice, unanswered): commit + push the two uncommitted wiki edits (decisions-july-2026.md, open-questions.md) now, or leave them?
• Deferred: scrub base44_session.json from full git history — only if the repo ever goes public; use git filter-repo run in background (plain filter-branch times out on the now-large history).
• Deferred (the parked project): build shape (template shell first, recommended) + first launch to fill (Stars price / Video Vault / Storefront) + optional tabs + whether to /roast first.

Answer the one open question — commit the two wiki files or not — then the session is fully closed; the parked Launch Marketing Command Center resumes only on Sondra's explicit go.
