Session Handoff — STARS Part 3 "Content Engine" workshop skills: rename, rebrand, package, distribute

Where it started

User is teaching STARS Part 3 ("Content Engine Pipeline") tomorrow (2026-07-01) and needed to decide which skills to give students and get them class-ready. Started with /create-plan, then pivoted into a long hands-on session renaming skills to personas, rebranding them to her AmplifAI license standard, fixing upload blockers, and distributing to Google Drive + here.now. Hard constraint that emerged: every give-away MUST carry her license/branding (never Mast/White Beard), and files must actually upload into Claude.

Decisions locked + what shipped

• Final 6 workshop skills (personas), all branded + upload-clean, source of truth = c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\_INBOX-DROP-FILES-HERE\new skills to add\: cal-the-social-media-manager, chaz-the-content-repurposer, ellie-the-email-writer, paige-the-blog-writer, skill-security-scan, viral-video-scripter-by-mrbeast. (Pinterest + 5-content-angles are separate free give-aways, NOT in this 6.)
• Renames done: email-writer→Ellie, becca→Paige, content-repurposer→Chaz, social-media-calendar-creator→Cal, mrbeast-viral-script-writer→viral-video-scripter-by-mrbeast (distinct from Mast's name).
• Ellie rewired to read the 6 Business OS files (01-business-snapshot … 05-brand-voice) by MEANING, not fixed filenames; asks if missing.
• Viral scripter upgraded: asks platform → thumbnail only for YouTube, handles IG/FB/TikTok reels, uses their voice; MrBeast principles kept (public). Was shipped un-branded first (Mast license) — FIXED to her license.
• Branding standard applied to all: frontmatter order name→version 1.0.0→author→license→disclaimer→description (≤1024 chars), ### Designed by Amplif-AI title line, her LICENSE.md, README.
• Verified Claude install facts (via help-center check): path is Settings → Customize → Skills → "+" → Create skill → upload a .zip (NOT .skill directly; not chat); works on ALL plans incl. Free (enable code execution); / slash-menu lists skills. Earlier advice ("Settings→Capabilities", "needs Pro") was WRONG — corrected.

Deferred + open questions

• Open (unanswered): (1) Add .zip versions of the 6 skills to the Drive subfolder so students skip the .skill→.zip rename? (2) Rename here.now slug from humble-tundra-7h27 to something branded (e.g. amplif-ai-skills)?
• Open: Confirm the Drive parent folder sharing is "anyone with link → Viewer" so students can download.
• Deferred: post-variations still falls back to Sondra's hardcoded voice — needs the same by-meaning voice rewire before it's a clean give-away. Also post-variations + scroll-stop-social unnamed (not in the final 6).
• Deferred: cold-email-drafter is Mast-origin but unbranded (bare SKILL.md, no license) — user said "not right now."
• Deferred: ceo-dashboard download center still references old becca/mrbeast names — needs rebuild when convenient.
• Reconcile: OUTPUTS\Content Engine\ + _FINISHED-amplifai-branded\ canonical copies may be out of sync with the final inbox 6 (earlier skill-security-scan-v1 rename was reverted by user; the _UNZIPPED-for-upload\ extracts may also be stale). Treat the inbox 6 + Drive subfolder as authoritative.
