Session Handoff — Command Center: Business OS docs cleaned + consolidated into one Google Drive brain

Where it started

Sondra returned after several days away, wanted a full catch-up, then to "finish" her Chief of Staff (Stella) and be sure it was done. That expanded into: verify Stella is complete, fix a stale dashboard path, and solve her real pain — she's been re-uploading the same overlapping knowledge files into every Claude project. Hard constraints: she's non-technical, voice-first, was mildly anxious about losing files ("do NOT delete"), and says "cloud" = "Claude."

Decisions locked + what shipped

• One central Google Drive home — created Claude Project Knowledge → Business OS Docs (Drive owner srverva@gmail.com, folder id 1hL5sPVAj_QEwHwKmeK5WXMGClzXM4iUs). All individual business docs live there. Dossier + Strategy = connect to every project; the rest = grab individually.
• Google Drive is the sync bridge, NOT the Claude Chrome extension (it can't touch local files or refresh project knowledge). Update the Drive file once → sync in each project.
• Updated stale Business OS docs to v4 (July 2026), originals kept as backups (never deleted): 01-Master-Business-Snapshot-v4.md, 04-Personal-Operating-Profile-v4.md, 06-CliftonStrengths.md (stamped current), AmplifAI-Strategy-v3.md (cleaned). Same fixes across all: AI Marketing Team removed, Sara on-hold, VCS merged/closed, LLC bank account resolved, April priority stack replaced with July priorities, new projects added. Masters at c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\AI Command Center\build\_source-archive\.
• Stella verified 100% complete (5 files, no placeholders) at c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\AI Command Center\build\chief-of-staff\. Created PASTE-THIS-into-Project-Instructions.txt (instruction body only, for a clean one-paste setup). Fixed the dashboard row that pointed at the deleted My-Command-Center/ path.
• Inbox cleared — originals moved (not deleted) to c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\_INBOX-DROP-FILES-HERE\_processed\.
• Command Center 80/20 framing: Brain + Stella are done; remaining layers (Specialists → Workflows → Agents) are optional/incremental. First specialist = the 30-day planner (Process C).
