What happened

Sondra gave the explicit go and the cinematic 3D redesign went live on amplifaiyourbusiness.com (2026-07-03, evening). The old plain design is preserved and can be restored at any time.

• Safety-check must-fix: src/app/error.tsx + global-error.tsx (friendly on-brand

error screens instead of a blank page) + a crash guard in CinematicHero.tsx so the particle engine skips itself if the browser blocks canvas (privacy extensions, locked-down mobile). Verdict moved to SAFE to launch.

• Security (Supabase project kmnhawosmypxbujmkgno): brand_context table was

world-writable (USING (true) for ALL) — locked to public-read / authenticated-write via migration lock_down_brand_context_and_function_search_path. Trigger function search_path pinned. Leaked-password protection enabled via Management API. Advisor list fully clear.

• SEO fix: live robots.txt + sitemap had been emitting http://localhost:3000 —

NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL/NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_NAME added to wrangler.jsonc vars, now emitting https://amplifaiyourbusiness.com.

• Favicon: her Amplif-AI logo (_INBOX-DROP-FILES-HERE/Amplif-AI LOGO Sq.png →

src/app/icon.png, 256px). Site previously had NO favicon (404).

• Polish: aria-hidden on both decorative canvases; gsap/lenis pinned to exact

versions; hero counter confirmed "700+" (Sondra's real number — do not "correct" it from stale exports).

• Verified before + after: production build clean, all 5 routes 200 locally and

live, mobile 390 / tablet 768 / desktop 1440 screenshots clean, robots + favicon + counter confirmed on the live domain.

Rollback (standing)

Old design lives on branch design/classic (pushed to digitalbeachgirl/digital-home-sondra). To restore: merge design/classic into main and push — Cloudflare auto-deploys in ~3 minutes. Both designs exist permanently.

Veo video pipeline — tested, PARKED

Sondra wants the Lando-Norris-style scroll-scrubbed VIDEO hero (per Zubair Trabzada's prompt pack, converted at _INBOX-DROP-FILES-HERE/Fable5-Higgsfield-Website-Prompt-Pack.md). Pipeline proven on her own keys (no Higgsfield): Nano Banana Pro styled frame → Veo 3.1 image-to-video 360° orbit. Test files: PROJECTS/DIGITAL HOME V1/video-tests/ (hero-frame-v1.png, hero-orbit-test.mp4, ~$3.50 total). She rejected the take (AI added glasses she doesn't wear) and will generate clips herself (Google Flow is fine — manual). When she drops MP4s in the inbox: extract frames, wire the scroll-scrub hero in CinematicHero.tsx.
