Session Handoff — CEO Dashboard rebuild (front door + project briefs)

What this session did

A long working session that turned Sondra's "command center" into a clean, single CEO Dashboard.

• One name, one address. Renamed the front door to CEO Dashboard; consolidated the domain to ceodash.sondraverva.com (removed the old command.sondraverva.com and ceo-dash.sondraverva.com). Desktop shortcut = "CEO Dashboard.lnk".
• Moved the dashboard into a tracked folder. Out of gitignored outputs/ into ceo-dashboard/ (site/ = deployable pages, build/ = placeholder template + refresh.py, deploy.bat, CLAUDE.md). Live KPI numbers stay out of git (template has placeholders; generated site/index.html is gitignored). Committed + pushed (repo is PRIVATE).
• Killed the duplicate/confusing tracker. The old local My-Command-Center/COMMAND-CENTER.html is retired (later deleted entirely). Fixed the memory files that were making every tab auto-write handoffs there.
• Standing rule set: every project gets its own PLR-style brief/status page (What it is · Where it is · Next · ⚠️ Be aware · Files), linked from its card on my-projects.html. Deliverables get copied into ceo-dashboard/site/ so they're clickable on the live (phone) dashboard.
• Split Monthly Drop into 2 forks: doTERRA Video Vault ($147 product, 192-product master spreadsheet) + Monthly Drop Club (Free/$3/$6 membership, monthly drop sets like Deep Blue + RevitaZen+).
• Built briefs for the active-focus projects: PeptidePal, Idea Engine, Why Dachshunds, doTERRA Video Vault, Monthly Drop Club, PLR, and CEO Dashboard itself (web dashboard + the local Streamlit AIOS launcher as one project).
• Other sessions in parallel added: Cloudflare Access (login wall), the /skills download center, daily 7am auto-refresh, and the Agent Opus project card.

Where everything lives

• Web dashboard: ceodash.sondraverva.com — source ceo-dashboard/. Deploy: ceo-dashboard/deploy.bat (refresh numbers → build handoffs → wrangler). Verify via the *.amplifai-command-center.pages.dev URL (custom domain is behind the login wall, so curl gets the sign-in page).
• Project pages: ceo-dashboard/site/my-projects.html (cards) + one <slug>.html brief per project.
• Handoffs: PROJECTS/<project>/handoffs/.md (per project) or root handoffs/.md (catch-all) → rendered by ceo-dashboard/build/build_handoffs.py onto the project cards.
• Local launcher: agentic-os-dashboard/ (Streamlit, localhost:8501).

Pick up here (open items)

1. Roll brief pages out to the remaining ~11 projects — Sondra's call: batch them now (lighter, from current info) OR fill as we touch each (recommended for accuracy).
2. Wire the Premium STARS count live (currently the manual STARS_PREMIUM constant in ceo-dashboard/build/refresh.py).
3. The big vision (not built): a left project sidebar on the dashboard — click a project, it opens in the middle pane (like the Base44 CEO dashboard layout).

• No pink — navy/gold/cream (Playfair + Manrope).
• Sondra is non-technical and reads in Edge (HTML/PDF, never raw .md).
