Session Handoff — BuildPlan: all reference features + owner backend + funnel page (3 design rounds) with Fable 5

Where it started

Continuation of the BuildPlan Phase 1 handoff. Sondra said "I want all the features" (the three reference-app features), then kept extending: owner backend, GHL/pricing strategy, product naming, her standard legal footer, and a funnel page — which took three rounds until it matched her real design DNA and 21st.dev-grade motion. All work in the app repo at c:\Users\srver\AIOS-Workspace\aios-starter-kit\PROJECTS\Idea-Engine-TravisCopy\app\ (own git repo, main, no remote; HEAD baf7474).

Decisions locked + what shipped

• Discover + Chat + Training built + verified (0b80b50): trending_opportunities (one shared Reddit scan/day via refresh-trending fn, free, stale-fallback; Sonnet max_tokens fix at 10000) · chat_messages + chat fn (Sonnet, knows user's runs/gameplans, 60 msg/day cap, free) · Training = static curriculum in src/pages/Training.jsx, drop a YouTube/Loom URL into MODULES to embed. Discover cards prefill New Idea via router state.
• Ledger bug found via her 4242 test + fixed (831c32a, migration 0003): two spend_credits overloads existed; refunds hit the old one and skipped credit_ledger. Now ONE function with defaulted p_reason. Her purchase verified clean: 100 starter + 50 pack − 15 (3 researches) = 135.
• Admin owner backend (1398241): admin edge fn gated server-side to srverva@gmail.com (403 verified for others). Stats (members/paying/revenue/credits outstanding/runs/gameplans + per-user table + purchases) + gift credits (negative spend, ledger reason admin grant). Page at /admin, sidebar link owner-only.
• Announcement/ad bar (b9805be, migration 0005): she publishes message+link from Admin → gold bar tops the app for all members, dismissible per message, one active at a time (replaces LinkHub idea; that repo was never found — built natively). admin fn v2 actions announce/announce_off. Currently OFF (test content removed).
• Free trial = ONE full run (15 credits) — her explicit call, revised from 100→50→15 (migrations 0004, 0006 both applied; 0006 is current). Landing copy: "Try It Free — your first full run is on us."
• Funnel page at / — 3 rounds: v1 flat (she rejected: "generic, kids page"), v2 rebuilt to HER pages' DNA (oils.amplifaivideostudio.com / oiltiers / virtualrestyle.com: navy vignette hero, eyebrow pills, Playfair + italic accents, outlined Most Popular pricing, FAQ accordions) (62d9536), v3 added 21st.dev/Aceternity motion — aurora, sparkle canvas, rotating gradient borders, scroll reveals, reduced-motion safe (baf7474). All lb-* classes in src/index.css. Her standard legal footer included (e007bd0): ai.sondraverva.com policy links + mailto:admin@email.sondraverva.com.
• Responsive fixed (c524c81): <900px sidebar becomes wrapping top nav; sidebar scrolls internally; verified at 390px.
• Name: NOT decided. Killed by collision check: Idea2App (idea2app.dev/.tech + App Store), VibeForge, VibeFoundry, AppForge, VibePlan. Clean + recommended: VibeBlueprint (no products found; vibeblueprint.com appears unclaimed — she should check her registrar). Runner-up Idea2Launch (unchecked).
• Pricing strategy discussed: keep credit packs + add one-time Founder offer at launch (rec $99/500 credits + rate lock; NEVER unlimited-lifetime). Stars monthly credit drip = she likes, build later. GHL contact push (<name>-free/-buyer tags) = wanted, waits on the name.
• Refund policy shape agreed in chat, not drafted: packs = unused refundable 30d, spent = delivered (auto-refund on failed runs); founder offer = Travis-style conditional guarantee.
