Session Handoff — BookifAI Phases 1–4 shipped live

Where it started

Sondra pasted the BookifAI Phase 0 (money-path) handoff, then greenlit finishing the rest: "continue doing phase one through four and finish this and don't bother me unless you absolutely need something." Phase 0b (server-side file assembly) explicitly deferred. Fully autonomous; only surface a true can't-do-it blocker. Decisions locked + what shipped

• Phase 1 shared frame — new ...\app\src\components\Shell.tsx (sidebar + sticky header with Sign Out on EVERY page). AppSidebar.tsx rebuilt: full nav (Dashboard/My Books/Templates/Buy Credits/KDP Resources/Account/Help & Support/conditional Admin) + live credits box. Dashboard/MyBooks/Templates/Account converted to <Shell>. New ...\app\src\lib\admin.ts (isAdminEmail).
• Landing widened max-w-6xl → max-w-7xl across Index.tsx + 6 files in ...\app\src\components\landing\.
• Phase 2 CORS — new corsFor(req) allowlist in ...\app\supabase\functions\_shared\constants.ts replaced * across 10 edge functions (per-function trick: const corsHeaders = corsFor(req) as line 1 of serve). Reflects bookifai.app/pages.dev/localhost, pins everything else.
• Phase 2 sanitize — new ...\app\src\lib\sanitize.ts (DOMPurify); book-export.ts markdownToHtml scrubs marked→HTML. dompurify was NOT previously bundled (prior handoff was wrong) — installed it. ChapterEditor uses TipTap (already safe).
• Phase 2 password min-length 6→8 via Supabase Management API. HIBP breached-password is Pro-plan only → left off, flagged.
• Phase 3 — new ...\app\supabase\functions\admin\index.ts (server email-gated, service-role reads) + ...\app\src\pages\Admin.tsx (/admin) + ...\app\src\pages\KdpResources.tsx (/kdp-resources) + onboarding card on Dashboard + Children's/Fiction/Cookbook template cards + "any book" copy. Routes wired in ...\app\src\App.tsx.
• Phase 4 (Google OAuth consent branding) NOT done — Google Cloud Console work, her manual step. Google sign-in itself verified ON (external_google_enabled=true, client_id set).
• Committed local-only f0b62c0 (remote is lovable-remix upstream — unpushed, matches practice). Deployed: 11 edge functions (Supabase CLI) + frontend (CF Pages bookifai, Production/main).
• Dashboard row + open-questions.md BookifAI section updated to reflect all of the above.

• TOP NEXT TASK (Sondra's explicit priority): distill KDP-Childrens-Book-Guide.md + Amazon-Book-Discovery-A10.md into a buyer-facing "How to launch your book successfully" section on KdpResources.tsx (any-book, not just children's) → rebuild → redeploy bookifai. Content-only, no money change. This is "what buyers paid for."
• Open (hers): Google OAuth consent-screen branding (Cloud Console — popup should say "BookifAI"). Sign-in already works; this is cosmetic only.
• Open (hers): logged-in eyeball of new Shell nav / credits box / onboarding / Admin (/admin, her email) — untestable without her login+OTP.
• Test buy: she already bought once (money path proven) — NO new purchase needed. Refund-clawback provable by refunding the existing purchase in Stripe (optional).
• Deferred: Phase 3.5 Import-Your-Book (needs mammoth.js OK + its own PRD); Phase 0b server-side assembly; HIBP if she upgrades Supabase to Pro.
• Standing: re-run /app-safety-check before any wide launch push / after any future money-path change.
