Where it started

Sondra had run a strategic exercise across prior sessions producing two conflicting plans (Plan A revenue-stack, Plan B outcome-vs-method) plus a verdict judging between them, and feared the conclusions were unsaved even though she'd logged the prompt-tooling session. She wanted all three captured in one durable, findable place because she hasn't decided anything yet. Mid-session she surfaced two major corrections that the original analysis never factored in: (1) a YouTube/low-ticket/Evelyn-Weiss funnel model, and (2) the biggest one — Amplif-AI is deliberately two engines, and the un-analyzed second engine (a done-for-you AI agency) is her larger-income play.
